this is not a typical dance or yoga workshop. this workshop is geared towards personal healing & empowerment.

Due to popular demand, we are back with another Yoga Trance Dance workshop. Come dance the evening away with LIVE percussion music and reconnect yourselves with the universe!

Yoga Trance Dance is designed as a means to HEAL from WITHIN, to EXPLORE, and come face to face with your FEELINGS and EMOTIONS. We Dance to Reinvent ourselves, we Dance to discard Fears and move into the Creation of Dreams, we Dance to Celebrate LIFE!!! This is an organic process, the place of creation, the laboratory of the self.

Workshop admission by min donation of RM20 per person

4 - 6pm Yoga Trance Dance (all reading will stop)

6 - 7pm Mini Holistic Session
