Picking up the pieces, one by one...

The fastest way to communicate what I've been really, really busy with is through pictures. I hope to get around uploading pics real soon. It has been a wonderful 2008 so far, with opportunities to perform, to teach and to travel. Am blessed to be able to attract what I want. Once again, I am humble by the power of nature and the divine presence surrounding me.

Admittedly, I may have neglected my family, my bf and my dogs but I do treasure the few minutes I have with them. I am grateful for all that I am, all that I have, all that I (can) do.

Terry & I took EIGHT days off to Macau/Hong Kong to attend the Asia Yoga Conference 2008 in Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai.

Those of you who have been to HK will know that Wan Chai and Tsim Sha Tsui (Terry pronouns this as Tim Sar Jui) isn't exactly the place to stay for backpackers like us. So we travelled to Yau Ma Tei (Terry = Yamateh) to stay in a cosy, clean, decent place called The Salvation Army Booth Lodge. For RM207 per nite, we were given clean bed & buffet-style breakfast. Not a bad deal eh?

While we were, we met up with this cool capoeira dude, Indio from Group Axe. We became instant friends, he was such a chill pill, all except when he was teaching class. We attended a class in Pure Fitness gym. In 1 hour, he action-packed everyone with warm-up, duo trainings, kick-boxing, group roda & makulele. Fuyoh, I hardly had time to breathe. He introduced us to coco de roda, cool dance moves. Thanks, Indio, Wilson & Alex.

As I am writing this, I am still in a musical production called No Limits. Which reminds me, I need to get some sleep, soon. Come back for more drama!

Right after this, I will be roped in as a female fighter/capoeirista in a low-budget reel made for fun & a physical theatre production which will be staged in Singapore, August 08! One step at a time, sunshine!
